E20 Complaint & Feedback Letter Generator
Want to be heard? Enter your details and we'll draft a clear, factual, respectful letter you can send to your dealer, oil company, or a government grievance portal. Your words stay on your device.
How to file a factual grievance
Keep it factual and sourced. Use officially acknowledged points (mileage ranges, warranty channels) and attach evidence - bills, odometer photos, dealer job cards. Do not include unverified accusations against individuals.
Mileage change is officially acknowledged
The Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas has acknowledged E20 can reduce fuel economy by about 3-5% in some vehicles (official FAQ). ARAI testing has also been cited in the about 1-6% / 2-6% range depending on the briefing.
Warranty-period issues: use dealer channels
MoRTH / SIAM and manufacturers have publicly clarified that using E20 does not void applicable warranty or insurance for approved use. If you have a genuine warranty-period issue, take it to the authorised dealer for diagnosis and a written report, and use official grievance portals where needed.
You can escalate to consumer forums
Dissatisfied consumers can approach consumer forums under applicable law. Getting mileage checked on an authorised dealer's diagnostic machine gives you a written report that may help document your concern.
Keep it factual and polite, attach bills, odometer photos and any dealer report, and always note the docket / reference number you get. A calm, evidence-backed complaint gets action; an angry one gets ignored.

Thousands of drivers share your concerns. Our public, anonymous E20 Citizen Feedback Tracker shows what people are reporting -by issue, state and vehicle age.
